These velcro type immobilization straps known as ZAP, Quick, or Fracture straps are easily carried in a small First Aid Kit. WorkSafeBC requires them in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 First Aid Kits.

These First Aid Straps are made from durable elastic webbing used as restraining straps or for immobilization. They can be combined together for added length.  Zap Straps also known as Quick Straps or Fracture Straps can be used with stretchers, spinal backboards, and basket stretchers.
